Your punctuality is important to us, and we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, kindly adhere to the following guidelines

ONLINE BOOKING

Confirmation with a card is mandatory; however, you won't be charged at the time of booking. Payment will be processed in-store after your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee, while no-shows will result in a 100% fee.

Appointments are by booking only, we are unable to accomodate walk ins.

TIMELINESS

Please inform us promptly via text or call at 02108762512 or 03-3510626 if you foresee any delays for your scheduled appointment. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we value your proactive communication. If you manage to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, we will make every effort to accommodate the full duration. However, should the delay extend beyond 15 minutes, your appointment will be adjusted accordingly to fit the remaining time slot. Unfortunately, if you exceed a 20-minute delay, we regret to inform you that the appointment will have to be forfeited, and the full appointment fee will still be applicable.

 

We value your time and ours. To make any adjustments to your scheduled appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment time will necessitate a 50% payment for the reserved time before scheduling a future visit. Failure to attend scheduled appointments will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

In our commitment to offering each client dedicated and uninterrupted service, we meticulously allocate appointment slots to ensure the utmost care for you. To uphold this quality of service, we regret that last-minute adjustments to appointments are not possible. We value your understanding and kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
