Our Policies

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following booking policies in place:

Deposits

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your total on the day of your service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you’re feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible. 

New Clients

  • First-time clients may be required to pay 50% upfront to secure their booking.

6. Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are available for purchase online or in the salon. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 3 years of the purchase date. To redeem the voucher, the physical voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment.
