About Our Services

Are you podiatrists?

No. We are not podiatrists and we are not a medical clinic.
We specialise in professional medi pedi and long-term foot care that is preventative and maintenance-focused.

What is a medi pedi?

A medi pedi focuses on foot health first, including nails, skin and comfort, while still leaving your feet looking and feeling great. Our approach is non-medical and designed to support long-term foot health.

 
What is the difference between Refresh, The Medi Pedi and Signature services?
  • Refresh Medi Pedi is for ongoing maintenance when your feet are already in good condition.

  • The Medi Pedi is recommended for new clients or feet needing more attention.

  • Signature services are advanced treatments designed for targeted correction or deeper restoration.

If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a The Medi Pedi.

 
How often should I book foot care?

Most of our clients visit every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy nails and skin. Regular care helps prevent issues before they develop, and we will always guide you on the best schedule for your feet.

Are your prices inclusive of polish and gel removal?

Yes. Our prices include nail polish or gel polish, as well as gel removal when required. There are no hidden add-ons.

Are you a Pedicure only salon or do you do manicures, BIAB and Gel X?

We offer both. While we specialise in medi pedicures and long-term foot care, we also provide a full range of nail services including manicures, BIAB and Gel X.

Our manicure services follow the same standards of care, attention to detail and quality as our pedicures, ensuring a consistently professional experience across all treatments.

Booking & Appointments

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. We work by appointment only to ensure each client receives our full attention.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of convenient payment options, including cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and contactless tap-and-go payments. Afterpay is also available.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes. We require a 20% booking fee to secure your appointment.

 

Once your booking is made, you’ll receive a secure payment link before the end of the business day. Your appointment will be held for 24 hours. If the booking fee is not received within this time, the appointment will be released and may become available to other clients.

Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received. For your peace of mind, card details are not stored on our system. The booking fee is deducted from your service total on the day of your appointment.

What happens when I arrive for my appointment?

We do not have a dedicated receptionist. When you arrive, please take a seat and relax. One of our team will

come and collect you at your appointment time.

Why didn’t anyone answer the phone?

If we don’t answer, it is because we are with clients. Please leave a message or contact us by email and we will respond as soon as we can.

Please arrive on time

Please arrive on time so your service can be enjoyed fully.
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients.

Accessibility & Comfort

​​Do you have wheelchair accessibility?

Our space is not fully wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether we are able to accommodate you comfortably.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Our treatment rooms are designed for a calm, private experience. Space is limited, so we recommend attending your appointment alone unless previously arranged.

 
Can I have a pedicure if I’m pregnant?

Yes. Our services are suitable during pregnancy. Please let us know if you have any specific comfort needs so we can ensure a relaxed experience.

Health & Care

What if I have a fungal nail or foot concern?

We are not podiatrists and we cannot diagnose fungal toenails.

Changes in nail appearance can be caused by many factors, and not all thickened or discoloured nails are fungal. In some cases, nail changes may be related to lifestyle factors such as running, tight footwear or repeated trauma.

The only way to confirm whether a toenail is fungal is through proper testing. If you are concerned, we recommend having your toenails tested by a podiatrist or medical professional.

We are happy to provide non-medical nail care and support, and if we believe further investigation is needed, we will guide you in the right direction.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to make a change to your appointment, the quickest and easiest way is to reschedule online through our booking system. This allows your appointment to be updated instantly, without waiting for us to finish with clients or until the next business day.

You’re also welcome to contact us by phone or email, and we’ll respond during business hours.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in the forfeit of the 20% booking fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value, with the 20% booking fee applied toward this amount.

 

This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer the appointment to another client.

Our services are best suited for people who value quality, consistency and long-term foot care, and who appreciate a calm, professional environment.

Our clients prioritise expert care, time, comfort, and attention to detail and understand that maintaining foot health is an ongoing investment rather than a one-off visit.

Who may not be the right fit?

We may not be the right fit if you are:

  • Looking for budget or discount pedicure services

  • Seeking walk-in appointments

  • Needing medical or podiatry treatment

Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, private setting, and level of care we provide and is designed for clients who value this standard.
